On the basis of Lerna, any organization can launch its own corporate university, where employees will be able to access courses that allow them to continuously develop in their profession. After choosing a course, the user can purchase it and get access to it in the Lerna personal account.

Lerna is a platform where you can select courses according from leading online educational projects according to various parameters, and by answering the questions of the built-in test. Users receive personal recommendations for professions and online courses suitable for them.

The Lerna database contains online courses Skillbox, Geekbrains. More verified providers will be added soon.

The courses are created by the Mentorama methodologists and expert practitioners from the leading Brazilian digital companies. The school was launched in May 2020 and already provides over 50 products (courses).

Mentorama is an international online school that offers courses in Portuguese, providing courses in 25 different fields, including web design to database development, 3D modeling and interior design.

The company includes a Career Center as well which offers employment programs. Exclusive Mentorama methodology incorporates not only pedagogical support, but also assistance for the graduating students to enter the market. All that is carried out through mentorship.

The Mentorama mentoring includes everything from advising on how to create a CV or carry yourself in a job interview, to recommending partner companies to consider graduates for employment.

Skillbox’s educational platform launched in 2016 by Dmitry Krutov and Igor Koropov (later joined by Sergey Popkov). Dmitry Krutov is the company’s CEO.

Mom is Home

In 2020, Skillbox became the general sponsor for “Mom is Home”, a project founded by the “Gift to an Angel” charity foundation. In six months, we trained 150 parents of special children the most popular professions. These parent-students went on to become copywriters, SMM managers, 1C experts, call center operators and online salespeople.

1064 grants

In 2020, Skillbox provided 1064 grants for schoolchildren to learn professional skills.

Socially valuable resources

In 2020, the government of the Russian Federation included Skillbox into a list of socially valuable resources.

In 2019, Skillbox launched “Future without limitations”. In collaboration with “Perspektiva” a regional public organization for people with limited abilities, this project provides free education in much-demanded digital industry professions.
